Natalie Alberta Dusey is one of the engines that drives the marketing and advertising industry’s next-generation international group. With over 22 years of experience in strategy, corporate governance, risk, regulation and compliance, company culture, and diversity and inclusion, her ability to manage and navigate the complex issues associated with organizational growth and transformation has made her an invaluable asset to organizations and brands such as Spring Studios and Artefact, where she worked with Tim and Tom. The journey with Tim and Tom started in 2013, in London and Paris, where Natalie had the pleasure of supporting the management team of Artefact, a performance marketing company, to one of the leading agencies in Europe. She has also worked for IQ-EQ, Great Portland Estates and Mobeus Equity Partners, for which she has worked both domestically and internationally.
