In April, Ontario-based Match Retail was named one of the “Best Workplaces Managed by Women 2023” Great Place to Work® Canada.
After an independent analysis of employee feedback from hundreds organizations conducted by Great Place to Work® Canada, only 25 retail and hospitality organizations in all of Canada were given this recognition. Employee satisfaction at Match Retail is 80%, compared with the Canadian national average of 60%.
